“Breckland is a place of long mysteries and small wonders. Ignoring modern boundaries it is a strongly defined landscape that allows for deep thought and contemplation. By keen observation and many exploratory wanderings, the lands wild undercurrents become apparent.
Using the rich natural resources of this stark environment, the many notional fragments are now collected into a whole. Made in wood, bark, chalk and bone, with nods to the ways of earlier times by using experimentally cast bronze, wild plant fibres and natural dyes.”
