There are two types of Fixed Term Residency (FTR) available. Each is for a limited period of 3 months, and would suit an artist/maker looking for temporary studio space within an open studio collective.
Incubator Fixed Term Residency:
Three artists share the upper floor at the rear of the building. Areas include a dividing wall, wall space, a table and chair but spaces are not enclosed. It is an excellent opportunity to experience studio life and work with feedback and support from other artists. Incubator FTRs run for 3 month blocks starting in January, April, July & October.

Solo studio or in a shared studio with one other person, subject to availability.

Both residency opportunities are time limited to 3 months but a great way to gain all the experience of working in a co-operative of artists, designers and makers. We operate as an open studio Thursday-Saturday where the public and customers can visit the building and the makers to discuss process, commission work and make purchases. It is a really positive way to develop a customer base and find ways to market yourself as an artist or artisan maker.
