‘I spotted an evening class for Stained Glass at the local school and decided to try it out…. Just over 20 years later I’m still enjoying with this art. The way light shines through the colours of the glass and reflects on the surroundings is beautifully enchanting!
During this time I’ve created a wide range of articles from large leaded windows to tiny keyring charms – I’m still amazed to visit someone and find one of my creations (which I’d probably forgotten about) gracing their home.
My production has been rather sporadic due to a very small workshop and being employed, so now I am semi-retired I have time make more – and have found an outlet at Designer Makers.
Today I’m excited to be expanding my range and make use of the fabulous pieces of glass I have stashed away.
I’m always happy to discuss a new commission – listening to the customers ideas and translating these to drawings for approval.’
